5 days ago, we received one customer review on tbdress from Celia R. and then we immediately checked the review. The content just as follow: “I am trying to get in touch with your company to notify of one dress not arriving with my order which took over a month to get. Please advise”, from which we know one of Celia’s items hasn’t been to her. Then we logged in and found her order information and then checked the order details found that one of the items is just on the way. And the parcel has been to city of her country.
Then our customer service partner sent an email to Celia on the order details, and also told her where to track with the tracking number we offered. And then, Celia replied us and showed us thanks in email.
Then, we tell her to wait more 2 days because the item need time to delivery. Now, maybe she has got the dress and we also sent an email to her to know how about the dress is.
